You may return new items, in their original packaging, secured in the same way they were received, within 15 days of delivery for a refund minus the shipping and handling. After this time there is a restocking fee of 10%. We will not except products after 30 days.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply give us a call at 888.351.7525. Or login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account Menu" and click the Return Item(s) button. After we receive your return, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order shipping is already estimated and can be found in the details and description of every product. Products usually ship within 24 hours of placing the order. If orders are placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, those orders usually ship that following Monday. It can take up to 7 days, not counting Saturday or Sunday, for products to arrive after their shipped.

There is also a Shipping Confirmation Email with Tracking Information that goes out with every order if an email is provided.
